Maribel and Ivan
Love at first sight is the only way to describe the beginning of our relationship. From that point on, we have always been the best of friends and loving companions. Ivan proposed to me while we were on vacation in Aruba… and it was completely unexpected. He loves sunsets, so he suggested we take a bottle of champagne to the beach and watch the sunset. We made it just in time, opened the bottle of champagne, and one on knee, the words “will you be my wife” were uttered, followed by tears of joy.
Planning the wedding was filled with excitement, and of course, much stress. But I cannot emphasize enough, it was well worth all the energy. I planned every little detail of our wedding with pure vision, and to see it unfold the way it did was one of the most rewarding things I have ever done. After the wedding, we received many phone calls, e-mails and heard much feedback through the grapevine.. that we had one of the most energetic, inspirational and beautfiul weddings ever seen. I did not realize the impact that a wedding could have, it was incredibly flattering. My goal had been accomplished, and we have the most amazing memory behind us now.
It is most important for all futures brides to realize that it is the energy, the love and the emotion that people take from weddings. When your guests feel all that love, they feel honored to be a part of your special day. That is what makes a truly inspiring and memorable wedding.
